Return Policy
Yomphana Designs are handcrafted and are not refundable.
Yomphana Designs prides itself not only on the creative designs but the quality of our products. Should your product require repair, we will repair the item at minimum cost or no cost - depending on the nature of the damage. Please e-mail to arrange for repair.
Shipping
Contingent on your product - as they are all handmade, please allow 2-3 days for your order to be shipped. Customize order products will require 3-5 days. Orders placed with a check will be sent after the check has cleared (which typically takes 7-10 days). Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. The cost vary by order cost. It ranges from $5-$10, items are typically received within 2-3 business days, are insured and sent with delivery confirmation.
Sales Tax
There is a 6% sales tax added to all orders in MD. If shipping to another state, sales tax will not be added.
